Sydenham steps with an essential Summer soaked number in the old school way.
Summer has finally heated up across the Northern Hemisphere. The sun is shining, leaves are growing and ideas are flowing. After his Berlin hibernation, the refreshing warm vibes of the new season sparked a fire inside of Mr. Sydenham that prompted him to make a solo appearance on his UK Promotions label with the jubilant vibes of, 'Sting'.
'Sting' is based upon a record from, MKL – a staple of the NYC House scene. It has the perfect beach tune vibes with a mild horn melody, cowling vocals and lightly skittering beats, that never get to hectic. Just listening to the bubbly bass line can induce images of bikini-clad rumps shaking off the sand the hard way. A tick Disco, a bit House, but one thing it most certainly does have is a whole lot of Funk.
